At Manas Resort & Petting Zoo, we strive to provide every guest with a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience. To ensure a pleasant stay for all visitors, kindly review our resort and pet policies before your arrival.

General Resort Policies

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in guest rooms or restaurant areas.
  • The resort is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps occurring on the premises.
  • The use or possession of narcotic substances, drugs, hookahs, or any illegal items is strictly prohibited. Any violation may be reported to the local authorities.
  • As a private property, Manas Resort reserves the right of admission.

Check-in & Check-out Timings

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Guests are requested to follow the check-out timing to help us prepare rooms for incoming guests. Late check-out may be available subject to room availability and additional charges.

Petting Zoo Timings

Dogs (Lawn Area)

  • Morning: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Birds (Aviary)

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Evening: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Swimming Pool Timings

Infinity Pool & Children’s Pool

7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimming costumes are compulsory, and guests are requested to shower before entering the pool.

Housekeeping Services

  • Available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Service provided upon request

Restaurant Timings

Breakfast

  • 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Breakfast service concludes sharply at 10:00 AM

Lunch

  • 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Dinner

  • 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Restaurant Operating Hours

  • 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM
  • Last order accepted at 10:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made before or after check-in.
  • Reducing the number of booked days after confirmation will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In exceptional circumstances, alternative dates may be offered at the sole discretion of the resort management.

Visitors & Property Damage

  • Outside visitors are not allowed beyond the reception area.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property by themselves, their pets, staff, or visitors.
  • Repair or replacement charges will be applicable wherever necessary.

Parking Policy

  • Parking is available at the vehicle owner’s risk.
  • The resort will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

Compliance & Management Rights

  • Guests must comply with all government regulations and local authority guidelines applicable during their stay.
  • Resort Management reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.

Pet Policy

At Manas Resort & Petting Zoo, pets are family too. We welcome pets of all sizes and breeds and have created these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and their furry companions.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines

  • Please carry disposable waste bags and clean up after your pet to help maintain a clean environment.
  • Pets are welcome throughout the resort but must remain on a leash in public areas.
  • During petting zoo interaction hours, guest pets are not allowed inside the petting areas. This helps avoid territorial behaviour and ensures the safety of all animals.
  • Pet food bowls are available on request. Kindly return them during check-out.
  • Guests may order pet-friendly meals from the restaurant. Please inform our team of any special dietary requirements for your pet.

Pet Stay Charges

A non-refundable pet fee of ₹1,000 + applicable taxes per pet per day will be charged. This fee covers:

  • Additional bedding or mattress arrangements for pets
  • Enhanced room sanitization and cleaning after check-out
  • Maintaining hygiene standards for future guests

Pet Damage Policy

Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets to:

  • Guest rooms
  • Furniture
  • Resort facilities
  • Landscaping or common areas

Any repair or replacement charges will be added to the room bill and must be settled before check-out.
