Being a private property, the Resort reserves the right of admission.
It is Manas Resort and Petting Zoo’s utmost endeavor to have all our guests have a delightful stay with defining memories. However, there are certain guidelines that have been formulated, keeping in mind the safety, security, privacy, and interests of all stakeholders.
- Outside food is strictly prohibited in the restaurant and room.
- Resort is not liable for injury caused due to an accident on the premises.
- Any kind of narcotic substance/Hukkah/drugs etc. is strictly prohibited. If found in possession, information will be sent to the police station.
TIMINGS OF VARIOUS SERVICES
1] Check-in at 01:00 noon. Check out at 10:00 am. Our sincere request is to adhere to the check-out time in the interest of the next guest. It will enable us to ensure timely check-in of all the guests. You may ask for a late check out at the time of check-in, we will be more than happy to allow the same in case of availability at extra charge. However, the discretion is with the management & subject to availability.
2] Petting Zoo play timings
- With Dogs (lawn) 8.00 am to 10.00 am & 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm
- With Birds (Aviary) 9.00 am to 10.00 am & 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm
3] Infinity Pool & Children’s pool 7:00 am to 9:00 pm [Swimming costume is compulsory to enter the pool] [Kindly take shower before entering the pool] It is for the safety of you as well as all other guests.
4] Housekeeping Service 9:00 am to 9:00 pm [ on request]
5] Restaurant timings 8:00 am to 10:30 pm (Last order at 10 PM)
6] Package Breakfast 8:00 am to 10:00[Wind up at 10.00 AM sharp]
7] Lunch 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm
8] Dinner 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm
There will be no refund, for cancellation of stay (before or after check-in) or reducing the number of days actually booked for. In emergency situations, alternate dates can be considered at the discretion of management.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the Resort property moveable or immoveable, either by themselves/ pets/ by their servants/maids or visitors. Appropriate charges will be considered to mitigate the loss.
Outside visitors will not be allowed beyond the reception area.
Parking at Car Owner’s Risk.
There will be certain rules, regulations, and restrictions that may be applied by the Government / Local Authorities from time to time which have to be respectfully adhered to.
The Resort Management reserves the privilege to add, alter and amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules.
Pet Policy
Manas Resort welcomes all sorts of pets being the first petting zoo in India. Do not hesitate to bring any kind of pet for vacation in Manas. We have designed a policy from our experience, of our existing guests & pets’ requirements, which is for the safety, security, and memorable vacation, of all the guests & pets. We assure you by following the policy, you and your pet/pets will have a memorable stay at Manas Resort.
1] Kindly ensure you are carrying a disposable bag along with you, to take care of the natural call of your pets. This will ensure a clean environment for other guests.
2] You are free to take your pet everywhere on the property on a leash [ If the pet is not on a leash other guests may get scared if they are not pet friendly]. However, during our petting time kindly do not enter the petting area with your pet, where our other guests & our pets are playing. It’s for the safety & security of your pet. We all know pets are territorial and outside pets will invite a fight between pets.
3] We do provide bowls for pet food if you need them. Kindly inform the reception in case you need one. Do not forget to return the same to the reception at the time of check out.
4] If you need food for your pet feel free, to order the same from the restaurant. Kindly be specific about your requirement of food, to ensure the right dish is delivered. We don’t want your pet to be hungry due to a change in taste.
5]We charge a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- plus taxes, per pet per day, towards extra mattress for the pet, thorough cleaning of room after the pet has checked out, for the comfortable stay of next guest.
6] Any damage to the room, furniture, or the property by your pet, is obviously to your account. The same will be billed to your room & needs to be paid on or before check out.
