At Manas Resort & Petting Zoo, all confirmed bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the reservation has been confirmed.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made before or after check-in.

Any request for a change of dates or postponement may be considered solely at the discretion of the resort management and is subject to availability.
